Do you want to try padel but don't know how?

Padej na padel!

A brief guide for your first steps into the world of padel!

Padel is perfect for all age groups and fitness levels. The game is fast-paced, fun, and social—since it’s played in pairs, you’ll have a great time with friends or family. Plus, with a smaller court and more relaxed rules, padel is more accessible than tennis, making it easy for complete beginners to jump in.

So, how do you start? Here are your first steps on the path to your new addiction!

COURTS

Padel courts are rapidly increasing in the Czech Republic, so you can easily find the nearest one in your area. Many sports centers offer online booking options.

You can find a list of clubs here.

Equipment

For your first game, you don’t need to buy your own equipment. Most clubs offer racket and ball rentals. We recommend wearing comfortable sports clothing and shoes with clean soles
